3 cups penne pasta, uncooked
2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
3 green onions, chopped
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shredded Cheese
1/2 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Extra Old Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup milk
2 slices light rye bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain pasta, reserving 1/3 cup cooking water.
Step 3
Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in deep large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add onions and thyme; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until onions are softened. Add cream cheese product, Parmesan, cheddar, milk and reserved cooking water; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until cheeses are completely melted and sauce is well blended. Add pasta; mix lightly. Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 4
Toss bread cubes with remaining oil; sprinkle over pasta mixture.
Step 5
Bake 10 to 12 min. or until pasta mixture is heated through and bread topping is golden brown.

Omit dried thyme, and prepare recipe using Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.
