1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. (450 g) fresh mushrooms, quartered
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Light Cream Cheese Product
1 cup 25%-less-sodium beef broth
1 Tbsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. paprika
8 cups hot cooked egg noodles

Step 1
Heat oil in large deep skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms, onions and garlic; cook 8 to 10 min. or until mushrooms release all their liquid, stirring frequently.
Step 2
Mix cream cheese product, broth, mustard, thyme and paprika until blended. Add to skillet; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until heated through. Add (baked) Basic Meatballs; stir to evenly coat with sauce. Simmer on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Serve over noodles.
