6 cups small fresh broccoli florets
2 carrots, sliced
3/4 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
2 Tbsp. milk
2 green onions, sliced
1 small clove garlic, minced
3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Double Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup bacon bits

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 425°F.
Step 2
Add broccoli and carrots to large saucepan of boiling water; cook 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water.
Step 3
Cook and stir cream cheese product, milk, onions and garlic in same saucepan on medium-low heat 2 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Gradually add reserved cooking water until sauce is of desired consistency. Add cooked vegetables; stir until evenly coated.
Step 4
Spoon vegetable mixture into 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheddar and bacon. Cover.
Step 5
Bake 25 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 5 min.
