Place first 3 ingredients in microwaveable bowl.
Step 2
Microwave on HIGH 2-1/2 to 3 min. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring after each minute.
Step 3
Serve warm as a dip with apple slices. Sprinkle dipped apples with nuts.
