Step 1
Bring water and dressing to boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Gradually add cornmeal, stirring constantly until well blended. Return to boil.
Step 2
Simmer on medium-low heat 12 to 14 min. or until polenta pulls away from side of pan, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Add cheese; stir until melted.
