Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 8 to 10 min. or until done, stirring frequently. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Add chicken broth, cream cheese and tomatoes to skillet; cook and stir 2 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
Return chicken to skillet. Add pasta; stir. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Top with cheese.
