1 broiler-fryer chicken (3 lb /1.4 kg), cut up
185 g (about 3/4 of 250- g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
4 large poblano chiles (1 lb./450 g), roasted, peeled, seeded and cut into strips
100 g fully cooked ham, sliced, chopped
1 tomato, seeded, chopped

How do I make it ?
Cook chicken in large skillet on medium heat 10 min. or until evenly browned on both sides, turning occasionally. Cover; cook 10 min. or until done (165ºF.) Drain any liquid from skillet.
Mix cream cheese and milk until blended. Add to chicken along with the chiles and ham; cook, covered, on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Top with tomatoes.

How to Easily Combine the Cream Cheese and Milk
For best results, soften the cream cheese as directed in recipe before mixing with the milk. Or to make it even easier to blend the two ingredients, microwave the milk on HIGH 30 sec. before mixing with the softened cream cheese.
