330 g fettuccine, uncooked
1 Tbsp. olive oil
150 g thin prosciutto slices
1 fennel bulb, trimmed, cut into thin wedges
1 clove garlic, minced
1 jar (410 mL) Classico Alfredo di Roma 25% less fat Alfredo Pasta Sauce
2 cups frozen peas
1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese, divided

Step 1
Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add prosciutto; cook 2 min. or until crisp, turning after 1 min. Remove prosciutto from skillet; drain on paper towels. Add fennel to skillet; cook on medium heat 5 min. or until tender, stirring frequently. Add garlic cook and stir 1 min. Stir in pasta sauce, then peas; cook on medium-low heat 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Drain pasta. Add to pasta sauce mixture along with half the cheese; mix lightly. Remove from heat.
Step 4
Crumble the prosciutto; sprinkle over pasta mixture along with the remaining cheese.

Special Extra
Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil before serving.
Omit oil. Substitute 6 cooked bacon slices for the cooked prosciutto.
