1 cup finely ground walnuts
2 Tbsp. matzo meal
1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. sugar, divided
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 whole eggs
1 egg yolk
1/3 cup lemon juice
125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, cut into 6 pieces
2 cups fresh raspberries

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Combine nuts, matzo meal, 2 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch tart pan. Bake 15 min. or until lightly browned; cool completely.
Step 3
Meanwhile, beat whole eggs and egg yolk in medium saucepan with whisk until blended. Gradually beat in remaining sugar. Stir in lemon juice; cook on low heat 8 min. or until mixture is thick enough to coat back of spoon, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Step 4
Add cream cheese, 2 pieces at a time, beating after each addition until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Pour into crust.
Step 5
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Top with raspberries just before serving.
