Heat oven to 350°F.

Prepare Kraft Dinner in large saucepan as directed on package. Add ham, sour cream, onions, mustard and caraway seed; mix lightly.
Step 3
Spoon into 10x6-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with bread crumbs. Drizzle with margarine.
Step 4
Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
