1 env. (7 g) unflavoured gelatine
1-1/2 cups skim milk, divided
1/3 cup plus 1 tsp. sugar, divided
175 g (3/4 of 250-g pkg) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
6 strawberries, chopped

Step 1
Sprinkle gelatine over 1/4 cup milk in small bowl.
Step 2
Bring remaining milk just to boil in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add 1/3 cup sugar; simmer on medium-low heat 1 min. or until sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add gelatine mixture; stir 2 min. or until gelatine is completely dissolved.
Step 3
Beat cream cheese and yogurt in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually add gelatine mixture, mixing well after each addition.
Step 4
Pour into 8 (125 mL) ramekins.
Step 5
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Step 6
Combine strawberries and remaining sugar; spoon over desserts.
