1 pkg. (500 g) gnocchi, uncooked
3 Tbsp. butter
2 shallots, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. flour
2 cups milk
1 tsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard
3/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese, divided
2/3 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Cook gnocchi as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 3
Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Add shallots and garlic; cook and stir 2 min. Add flour; cook 2 min. or until hot and bubbly, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk; cook and stir 2 to 4 min. or until thickened. Add mustard and 1/2 cup Parmesan; mix well.
Step 4
Drain gnocchi. Add to cheese sauce; mix lightly.
Step 5
Spoon into 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan.
Step 6
Bake 25 min. or until heated through. Remove from oven.
Step 7
Heat broiler. Place casserole 4 inches from heat. Broil 2 min. or until top is golden brown.
Step 8
Sprinkle with chives.
