3 cups whole wheat rotini pasta, uncooked
1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) low fat condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese

Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain pasta; return to pan.
Step 2
Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; stir. Cook on medium heat 7 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Remove from heat. Stir in cheese.

Place frozen peas and carrots in strainer. Run under hot water 30 sec. or until thawed. Drain well before using.
