Step 1
Beat cream cheese product with wire whisk until creamy.
Step 2
Add eggs; beat until well blended. The mixture will have bits of cream cheese in it - they will melt during cooking.
Step 3
Melt butter in medium nonstick skillet on medium heat until foamy; pour in egg mixture. Cook 3 to 5 min. or until eggs are set, stirring occasionally.

Variation
Use this mixture to make an omelet! Prepare as directed and cook in skillet, but do not stir egg mixture to scramble. As egg mixture sets, lift slightly with spatula to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath. When almost set, top with warmed leftover cooked vegetables such as mushrooms, broccoli or asparagus. Slip spatula underneath omelet, tip skillet to loosen and gently fold omelet in half. Slide onto serving plate.

For a hot appetizer, serve scrambled egg mixture on toasted bread cutouts. Sprinkle with chives or finely chopped green onion.
