Move over marinara. Our creamy seafood lasagna is perfect with Alfredo sauce, spinach, shrimp and crabmeat for a new take on lasagna.

2 jars (410 mL each) Classico Alfredo di Parma Four Cheese Alfredo Pasta Sauce
1/2 cup water
1 lb. (450 g) frozen cooked cleaned medium shrimp, thawed, chopped
1 can (120 g) crabmeat, well drained, flaked
1 egg, beaten
1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
1 cup cottage cheese
12 lasagna noodles, cooked
2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Mix pasta sauce and water in medium bowl until blended. Reserve 1 cup pasta sauce mixture for later use. Stir seafood into remaining pasta sauce mixture.
Step 3
Combine egg, spinach and cottage cheese.
Step 4
Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Cover bottom of prepared dish with 4 noodles; top with layers of half each of the spinach and seafood mixtures, and 1/3 of each cheese. Repeat all layers. Top with remaining noodles, reserved pasta sauce mixture and remaining cheeses; cover.

Bake 55 min. or until heated through, uncovering after 40 min. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.

Special Extra
Sprinkle lasagna with 1-1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves before baking as directed.
Substitute ricotta cheese for the cottage cheese.
