375 g spaghetti, uncooked
2 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing, divided
1/2 lb. (225 g) uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
1/2 lb. (225 g) bay scallops
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper, divided
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (28 fl oz/796 mL) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 Tbsp. instant chicken stock mix
1/4 cup water
1-1/2 lb. (675 g) mussels, cleaned, scrubbed with beards removed
1 tub (227 g) Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Cook spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, heat 1 Tbsp. dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp, scallops and 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper; cook 3 min. or until shrimp and scallops are lightly browned, stirring frequently. Spoon shrimp and scallops into bowl; cover to keep warm.
Step 2
Add onions and remaining dressing to skillet; cook and stir 5 min. or until onions are softened. Stir in garlic and remaining crushed red pepper; cook 1 min. Add tomatoes, chicken stock mix and water; stir. Bring to boil. Add mussels; cover. Cook 4 min.
Step 3
Return shrimp and scallops to skillet; cook, covered, 2 min. or until all the mussels have opened, and shrimp and scallops are done and heated through. Remove skillet from heat. Remove and discard any unopened mussels.
Step 4
Mix cream cheese product and milk until blended. Drain spaghetti; return to pan. Add cream cheese mixture; mix lightly. Add seafood and basil; mix lightly. Top with Parmesan.
