2-1/2 cups skim milk
1-1/2 cups plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt
1 cup water
1/3 cup maple syrup
1-1/4 cups steel-cut oats
1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
3/4 cup raisins
3 Tbsp. flax seed
2 pears
1 cup chopped walnuts, toasted

Step 1
Whisk first 4 ingredients in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray until blended. Add all remaining ingredients except pears and nuts; mix well. Cover with lid.
Step 2
Cook on LOW 3-1/2 to 4 hours, stirring after 2 hours.
Step 3
Peel, core and chop pears. Stir into oatmeal. Serve topped with nuts.
