How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook 5 min. or until tender, stirring frequently. Add tomatoes, broth, water and cilantro; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min., stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Use immersion blender to blend soup until smooth. Add 1/3 cup cream cheese product; cook on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted, and soup is well blended and heated through, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Drop spoonfuls of remaining cream cheese over individual bowls of hot soup just before serving.

Note
If you don't have an immersion (hand-held) blender, you can use a regular blender instead, adding the vegetable mixture to blender in small batches to blend until smooth.
