6 roasted large poblano chiles, peeled, deveined and divided
1 lb. (450 g) spaghetti
2 lb. (900 g) uncooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Step 1
Cut 4 chiles into thin strips; set aside. Blend remaining chiles with pasta sauce and cream cheese in blender until well blended. Reserve for later use.
Step 2
Cook spaghetti in 2-L stockpot as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, cook shrimp, in two batches, in large nonstick skillet on high heat 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently. Spoon cooked shrimp into bowl; cover to keep warm.
Step 3
Drain spaghetti, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water. Return spaghetti and reserved water to pot. Add chile strips, shrimp and reserved chile sauce; cook, stirring frequently, over medium-low heat 2 min. or until heated through. Add 1/2 cup mozzarella; cook and stir 1 min. or until melted.
Step 4
Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella, cilantro and Parmesan.
