What's better than a pasta bake that takes only 20 minutes to prepare? How about a pasta bake that takes 20 minutes to prepare and is on the table after 20 minutes in the oven? Our Creamy Tortellini-Broccoli Bake is what we like to call a week night winner!

1 jar (410 mL) Classico Alfredo di Parma Four Cheese Alfredo Pasta Sauce
1 cup milk
1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese, divided
1 pkg. (700 g) refrigerated cheese tortellini, uncooked
2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
3 cups frozen broccoli florets
1 cup chopped red peppers
1 garlic clove, minced
3/4 tsp. dried Italian seasoning

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Mix pasta sauce and milk until blended.
Step 3
Reserve 3/4 cup cheese for later use. Combine remaining cheese with all remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add pasta sauce mixture; mix lightly.
Step 4
Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
Step 5
Bake 20 min. Stir tortellini mixture. Top with reserved cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.

Special Extra
Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil before serving.
Prepare using your favourite variety of Classico Alfredo Pasta Sauce.
Make Ahead
This satisfying casserole can be mixed together ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking as directed, increasing the baking time if necessary until casserole is heated through.
