1 each green and yellow zucchini, sliced
1 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Light Cream Cheese Product
2 Tbsp. milk
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 plum tomatoes, sliced
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Finely Shredded 100% Parmesan Cheese

Step 1
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Step 2
Combine zucchini. Mix cream cheese product and milk until blended.
Step 3
Spread half the zucchini onto bottom of 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with layers of 1/3 each of the cream cheese mixture and mozzarella. Repeat all layers. Top with tomatoes, remaining cream cheese mixture and remaining mozzarella.
Step 4
Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan; sprinkle over casserole.
Step 5
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until vegetable mixture is heated through and top is golden brown.
