1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, divided
6 cloves garlic, minced, divided
3 ears corn on the cob, husks and silk removed
1 sweet onion, quartered
2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb./225 g)
1/2 lb. (225 g) fresh chorizo links
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
6 cups Heinz Tomato Juice
1/2 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup cubed cooked red potatoes (1-inch pieces)
1/2 cup light cream

Step 1
Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
Step 2
Mix 2 Tbsp. oil and 1/2 tsp. garlic until blended; brush evenly onto corn, onions, chicken and chorizo. Grill 10 min. or until vegetables are tender, turning frequently. Remove vegetables from barbecue; set aside. Grill meat additional 6 min. or until done (165ºF for chicken and 160ºF for chorizo), turning chicken after 8 min. and turning chorizo occasionally. Transfer to cutting board.

Cut corn from cobs; chop onions, chicken and chorizo.
Step 4
Heat remaining oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add remaining garlic; cook and stir 1 min. Add dry seasonings; cook and stir 2 min. Add tomato juice, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, potatoes, cooked meat and cooked vegetables; mix well. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
Step 5
Stir in cream.
