1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
8 chicken pieces (3-1/2 lb./1.6 kg)
1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread

Step 1
Heat barbecue for indirect grilling: Light one side of barbecue, leaving other side unlit. Close lid; heat barbecue to 400ºF.
Step 2
Mix coating mix and cheese in pie plate. Spread Miracle Whip onto all sides of chicken pieces. Dip chicken, 1 piece at a time, in coating mixture, turning to evenly coat each piece. Place in single layer in 16x12-inch disposable foil pan. Place pan on barbecue grate over unlit area; cover.
Step 3
Grill 45 to 50 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF), monitoring for consistent temperature.

How to Use the Leftover SHAKE'N BAKE
Store leftover coating mix in tightly covered container at room temperature. Use to coat your favourite cut-up fresh vegetables. Just coat vegetable pieces with beaten egg, then remaining coating mix. Place on foil-covered baking sheet. Bake in 400º F oven 20 min. or until golden brown.

Note
If you don't have a 16x12-inch disposable foil pan, you can grill the chicken in 2 (13x9-inch) disposable foil pans instead.

No BBQ?
Heat oven to 400°F. Place coated chicken pieces on foil-covered baking sheet. Bake 40 to 45 min. or until done (170°F).
