6 slices white bread
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Original Spread
24 baby spinach leaves
4 slices fully cooked bacon, each cut into 6 pieces
6 grape tomatoes, quartered
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Use rolling pin to flatten bread slices to 1/16-inch thickness. Trim and discard crusts. Brush bread with oil. Cut each bread slice into 4 squares. Press 1 square, oiled side up, into each of 24 mini muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 10 min. or until golden brown. Sprinkle cheese into toast cups; bake 5 min. or until melted. Cool 5 min. Meanwhile, spoon Miracle Whip into small resealable plastic bag.
Place 1 spinach leaf in each toast cup. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of Miracle Whip-filled bag; use to top each spinach leaf with small dab of Miracle Whip. Top with remaining ingredients.
