20-24 slices slices soft white or whole wheat bread

1/2 cup olive oil

1 cup seeded and chopped tomatoes

1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread

1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

1/4 cup chopped croutons

1 tsp. each dried basil leaves and minced fresh garlic

How do I make it ?

Step 1
TRIM crusts from bread slices.
Step 2
FLATTEN with rolling pin to 1/4 inch (.5 cm) thickness.
Step 3
BRUSH one side of bread with oil.
Step 4
PRESS whole slice of bread, butter side out, lightly into muffin cups.
Step 5
BAKE at 350° F (180° C) for 15 minutes or until golden.
Step 6
MIX remaining ingredients and spoon evenly among muffin cups.
