How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 375°F.
Add chicken, in batches, to coating mix in shaker bag; close bag and shake gently to evenly coat chicken. Spread onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Repeat with remaining chicken. Discard bag and any remaining coating mix.
Bake 15 min. or until chicken is done. Meanwhile, combine spinach and peppers in serving bowl.
Add dressing to salad; mix lightly. Serve with chicken.
