Heat oil in deep fryer to 375°F. Use small ice cream scoop or 2 spoons to drop batter, in small batches, into hot oil. using about 2 Tbsp. batter for each fritter. Cook 1 to 2 min. or until golden brown, turning occasionally and adjusting heat as necessary to keep oil between 350°F and 360°F. Use slotted spoon to transfer each batch of fritters to paper towel-covered baking sheet.
