1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
8 small Yukon gold potatoes (1-3/4 lb./790 g), cut lengthwise in half
3 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine, melted

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Mix cheese and garlic powder in shallow dish.
Dip cut-sides of potatoes in margarine, then in cheese mixture. Place, cheese-sides down, on baking sheet; drizzle with any remaining margarine.
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until potatoes are tender.

Mix 1/2 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing with 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives. Serve with potatoes.

After testing a variety of potatoes for this recipe, we found 2-inch Yukon gold potatoes worked best.
Do not cover the baking sheet with foil before using to bake the potatoes since the cheese mixture will stick to it.
