4 cups broccoli florets
1-1/2 lb. (675 g) carrots, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices
2/3 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken

Step 1
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Step 2
Cook vegetables in boiling water in medium saucepan 3 min. or until crisp-tender; drain. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 3
Whisk Miracle Whip and flour in same saucepan until blended. Gradually stir in milk; cook on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until sauce comes to boil and is thickened, stirring frequently. Pour over vegetables; top with cheese.
Step 4
Prepare stuffing as directed on package; spoon over cheese.
Step 5
Bake 35 min. or until heated through.

How to Cook Sauce in Microwave
To cook the sauce in the microwave, mix Miracle Whip, flour and milk in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until sauce is thickened, stirring after 2 min.
