4 cups broccoli florets
4 cups cauliflower florets
2/3 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
1/4 cup flour
2 cups skim milk
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Mozza-Cheddar Cheese
1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken

Step 1
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Step 2
Cook vegetables in boiling water in medium saucepan 3 min.; drain well. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 3
Whisk Miracle Whip and flour in same saucepan until blended. Gradually stir in milk; cook on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until sauce comes to boil and thickens, stirring constantly. Pour over vegetables; top with cheese.
Step 4
Prepare stuffing as directed on package; spoon over vegetable mixture.
Step 5
Bake 35 min. or until heated through.

Use Your Microwave
To cook the sauce in the microwave, mix Miracle Whip, flour and milk in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until sauce is thickened, stirring after 2 min.
