Combine broccoli, ham, cheese and croutons; spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 2
Beat eggs and milk in medium bowl with whisk until blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over broccoli mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Step 3
Heat oven to 375°F. Bake casserole, uncovered, 45 min. or until centre is set.
