3 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
1/4 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
2 large flour tortillas

Combine all ingredients except tortillas.

Spread egg salad evenly onto tortillas; roll up tightly.
Step 3
Wrap individually in plastic wrap.
Step 4
Refrigerate 30 min.

Unwrap roll-ups; cut each into 6 pinwheels to serve.

How to Hard Cook the Eggs
Cover a single layer of large eggs with water in a saucepan. (Water level should be at least 1 inch above the eggs.) Cover the saucepan and quickly bring the water just to a boil. Remove saucepan from heat. Let eggs stand, covered, in the hot water for 15 min. Drain water from pan, then immediately run cold water over the eggs until completely cooled. Very fresh eggs are harder to peel. For best results, use eggs that have been in your refrigerator for a few days.
