1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. non-hydrogenated margarine, divided
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped red peppers
3 cups chopped cooked turkey
2 cups frozen peas and carrots
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Melt 1 Tbsp. margarine in small skillet on medium heat. Add onions and red peppers; cook 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add to combined turkey, peas and carrots, sour cream, Miracle Whip, tarragon and black pepper; mix well.
Step 3
Spoon into 1-1/2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 4
Melt remaining margarine in small skillet. Add cheese and bread crumbs; cook and stir 3 min. or until lightly browned. Sprinkle over turkey mixture.
Step 5
Bake 30 min. or until heated through.
