This recipe takes its inspiration from the classic Cubano sandwich. Our delicious Cuban Hot Dogs have all of the great flavours you would expect to find in a Cubano sandwich, but with a twist.

2 demi baguettes (12 inch), partially split
4 hot dogs
1/4 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
2 tsp. Heinz Yellow Mustard
4 Cracker Barrel Swiss Cheese Slices
8 slices deli smoked ham (70 g)
1 Claussen Dill Pickle, cut into 4 slices

How do I make it ?
Heat barbecue to medium heat.
Cut each baguette crosswise in half.
Grill hot dogs 5 to 7 min. or until heated through, turning occasionally and adding baguette pieces, cut sides down, to the barbecue to toast for the last 1 to 2 min. Remove hot dogs and baguette pieces from barbecue.
Mix mayonnaise and mustard until blended; spread onto cut sides of baguette pieces. Fill with hot dogs, cheese, ham and pickles.

Instead of grilling the hot dogs, you can cook them either in the microwave or on the stove top following the directions on the package.
