1 avocado, finely chopped
1/2 cup each finely chopped red onions and sweet red peppers
1/2 cup finely chopped mangos
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3/4 tsp. black pepper, divided
3/4 cup flour
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 lb. (450 g) halibut fillets, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 Tbsp. oil
8 small flour tortillas
1/2 cup Renée's Greek Yogourt Cucumber & Dill Dressing

Step 1
Combine avocados, onions, sweet peppers, mangos, cilantro and 1/2 tsp. black pepper.
Step 2
Combine flour, chili powder, cumin and remaining black pepper. Add fish, 1 piece at a time; toss to evenly coat fish with flour mixture. Shake gently to remove excess flour mixture.
Step 3
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add fish; cook, turning often, for 7 to 10 min. or until fish is golden brown and flakes easily with fork.
Step 4
Spoon fish onto tortillas; top with avocado mixture and dressing.

Special Extra
Serve tacos with hot pepper sauce and lime wedges for squeezing over the finished tacos.
