3 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
2 red apples, chopped
3/4 cup celery slices
3/4 cup dried cranberries
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Diana Sauce Gourmet Rib & Chicken BBQ Sauce
2 tsp. lime juice
3/4 tsp. curry powder
2 Tbsp. toasted slivered almonds

How do I make it ?
Combine chicken, apples, celery, cranberries and onions in large bowl.
Mix all remaining ingredients except nuts until blended. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly.
Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
Sprinkle with nuts before serving.

Serve on a bed of torn mixed salad greens. Or, spoon onto whole wheat bread slices for open-face sandwiches.
Substitute raisins, dried blueberries, dried cherries or chopped dried apricots for the dried cranberries.
For added colour, prepare using 1 each red and green apple.
