This out-of-the ordinary chicken salad is delicious and goes beautifully with the naan.

2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
1 Granny Smith apple, chopped
1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
1/4 cup each raisins and chopped cashews
1/4 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. mild curry paste
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 naan, toasted
4 Boston lettuce leaves
1/4 cup mango chutney

How do I make it ?
Combine chicken, apples, cilantro, onions, raisins and nuts in large bowl.
Mix dressing, curry paste, lime juice and pepper until blended. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly.
Top naan with lettuce and chicken salad. Serve with chutney.

How to Toast the Naan
Toast naan on barbecue grate, or in grill pan, on medium-high heat 1 to 2 min. on each side or until grill marked on both sides.
