1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
1-1/2 tsp. curry powder
8 cups small cauliflower florets
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Heat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Mix Miracle Whip and curry powder until blended. Add to cauliflower in large bowl; toss to evenly coat.
Step 3
Pour water into 13x9-inch baking dish. Add cauliflower.
Step 4
Bake 30 min. or until cauliflower is tender and golden brown. Sprinkle with chives.
