1 carrot, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 cups vegetable broth
1 can (796 mL) crushed tomatoes
1 tsp. each ground coriander and curry powder

Step 1
Heat dressing in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add celery, carrots and onions; cook and stir 5 min.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients; stir. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until vegetables are tender.
Step 3
Pour soup, in batches, into blender; blend until smooth.
