This delicious and impressive chocolate cake is so simple that it's the perfect dessert to serve at everything from your Easter dinner, to your next casual get-together.

1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
1-1/4 cups Heinz [Seriously] Good Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2-1/4 cups flour
1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, divided
1-3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. eachMagic Baking Powder and salt
1-1/3 cups hot water
1-1/2 pkg. (225 g each) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate (12 oz.)
3/4 cup butter, softened
3 cups icing sugar
1/2 cup milk

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 350°F.
Cover bottoms of 2 (9-inch) round pans with parchment; spray sides of pans with cooking spray. Beat eggs in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually add granulated sugar, beating until thick and lemon coloured. Add mayonnaise and vanilla; mix well.
Combine flour, 3/4 cup cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add to egg mixture; mix until blended. Gradually add hot water, beating after each addition until well blended. Pour into prepared pans.
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean. Cool 10 min. Remove cakes from pans to wire racks; cool completely.
Melt semi-sweet chocolate as directed on package. Add to butter and remaining cocoa powder in large bowl; beat with mixer until blended. Gradually beat in icing sugar. Add milk; mix well.
Stack cake layers on plate, spreading 3/4 cup icing between layers. Frost top and side of cake with remaining icing.
