1/2 English cucumber
1 pkg (250g) Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread, softened
2 Tbsp. fresh dill, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper

How do I make it ?
PEEL cucumber, slice in half and remove seeds.
GRATE cucumber using a cheese grater. Place grated cucumber in a wire strainer and press down on it to drain off some of the liquid.
COMBINE cucumber with the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
COVER and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
SERVE as a dip with crackers.
