1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1/2 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
1-1/4 cups water
3/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine
1-1/2 cups instant potato flakes
60 g (about 1/4 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, cubed
2 Kraft Singles Cheese Slices

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 375°F.
Mix meat, barbecue sauce, bread crumbs and egg. Shape into loaf in 12x8-inch baking dish.
Bake 55 min. Meanwhile, bring water to boil in medium saucepan. Add milk and margarine; stir in potato flakes. Add cream cheese; stir until completely melted.
Spread potato mixture over meatloaf; top with Kraft Singles. Bake 5 min. or until meatloaf is done (160°F) and Singles begin to melt.

Serve with a steamed green vegetable, such as green beans, and a whole wheat roll.
Substitute extra-lean ground turkey for the ground beef.
Garnish with chopped fresh chives just before serving.
