1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup rinsed canned black beans
1 cup salsa

How do I make it ?
Layer first 6 ingredients evenly over half of each tortilla.
Fold tortillas in half to enclose filling.
Cook, in batches, in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 3 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and quesadillas are lightly browned on both sides.
