1 1/4 cups low fat cottage cheese
1/2 pkg (250g) Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread
1/2 cup grated Cracker Barrel Old Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbsp. minced onions
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. each LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce and dry mustard powder
1 clove garlic, minced
3-4 dashes hot pepper sauce
1 lb. lump crabmeat

Step 1
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. In a food processor or blender, whirl cottage cheese and cream cheese until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in remaining ingredients. Spray a medium casserole dish with non-stick spray. Spoon crabmeat mixture into dish. Cover and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool, uncovered, for five minutes before serving. Serve as spread with crackers.
