These moist little chocolatey cakes -- sandwiched with a fluffy two-ingredient cream cheese filling -- are sure to please. And since they're a cinch to make, you'll want to make a batch for just about any occasion.

1/2 cup brewed strong Maxwell House Original Roast Coffee, cooled
1 Tbsp. chocolate sprinkles
1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Whipped Frosting
3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

How do I make it ?
Prepare cake batter as directed on package, except reduce the water to 3/4 cup. Add dry pudding mix and coffee; beat 2 min.
Drop batter into 30 mounds, 2 inches apart, on parchment-covered baking sheets, using about 2 Tbsp. batter for each mound.
Top 15 mounds evenly with chocolate sprinkles.
Bake 14 to 16 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out almost clean. Cool cakes on baking sheets 3 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
Stir frosting and Cool Whip until blended.
Place plain cakes, top sides down, on work surface; top with Cool Whip mixture, adding about 2 Tbsp. Cool Whip mixture to each cake. Cover with remaining cakes, sprinkled sides up.

Prepare using a red velvet or carrot cake mix.
These moist mini cakes can be baked ahead of time. Cool, then place in single layer on clean baking sheet; cover. Store at room temperature up to 2 days. When ready to serve, prepare Cool Whip mixture, then use to prepare whoopie pies as directed.
