3/4 cup Heinz Bold & Spicy Texas Style BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 boneless pork shoulder roast (4-1/2 lb./2 kg)

How do I make it ?
Mix all ingredients except meat until blended.
Pour over meat in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with lid.
Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours). Remove meat from slow cooker, reserving sauce in slow cooker. Skim and discard fat from reserved sauce.
Cut any visible fat from meat; discard. Pull meat into shreds with 2 forks; return to sauce in slow cooker. Stir to evenly coat meat with sauce. Cook on LOW 15 min.

This flavourful meat can be cooked ahead of time. Cool, then refrigerate up to 2 days. Reheat in microwave or on stove top just before serving.
