Try this fun version of our classic cookie balls made with cream cheese and crushed graham wafers. These seasonal bite-size eggs are coated with decadent melted chocolate, then decorated with a pastel-coloured chocolate drizzle for a batch of sweet treats that's worthy of sharing with family and friends this Easter season.

1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened

1-1/2 cups graham crumbs

1-1/2 pkg. (170 g each) Baker's White Chocolate (255 g), chopped

1/4 tsp. each pink and purple gel food colouring

Mix cream cheese and graham crumbs until blended. Step 2
Shape into 20 (1-inch) egg-shaped balls, using 1 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture for each ball. Place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Step 3
Freeze 20 min. Step 4
Microwave chocolate in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2 min; stir. Microwave additional 30 sec.; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Step 5
Pour half the melted chocolate into separate bowl; stir in pink food colouring. Stir purple food colouring into remaining chocolate. Step 6
Dip 10 graham balls, 1 at a time, into pink-tinted chocolate, turning to evenly coat all sides of each ball with chocolate. Let excess chocolate drip off before returning ball to prepared baking sheet. Repeat with purple-tinted chocolate and remaining graham balls. Step 7
Drizzle pink-coated balls with remaining purple melted chocolate, then drizzle purple-coated balls with remaining pink chocolate. Step 8
Refrigerate 30 min. or until chocolates are firm. Kraft Kitchen Tips!
How to Soften the Cream Cheese
Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.
How to Store
Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
