A prepared pizza crust is topped with herbed cream cheese, mushrooms, peppers and spinach, and then gets smothered with mozzarella. This vegetarian pizza is sure to become a new family favourite. And the bonus - it can be ready in under 30 minutes!

2/3 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
3 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
1 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp. oil, divided
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 red pepper, cut into strips
3 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves
1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
1-1/2 cups shredded part skim mozzarella cheese

Step 1
Heat oven to 450°F.
Step 2
Mix cream cheese product, Parmesan, milk and seasoning until blended. Meanwhile, heat 2 tsp. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and peppers; cook 4 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Add spinach; stir. Cook 1 min. or just until wilted. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Place pizza crust on baking sheet; spread with cream cheese mixture. Top with 1/2 cup mozzarella, cooked vegetables and remaining mozzarella. Brush edge of edge of crust with remaining oil.
Step 4
Bake 12 to 14 min. or until edge of crust is golden brown and mozzarella is melted.
