1/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

1 frozen puff pastry sheet (1/2 of 450-g pkg.), thawed

2 Gala apples, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices

2 Tbsp. butter, cut into 1/4-inch pieces

1/2 cup raspberries, cut in half

2 Tbsp. granulated sugar, divided

Step 1
Heat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Mix cream cheese product, brown sugar and cinnamon until blended.
Step 3
Unfold pastry sheet on lightly floured cutting board. Cut pastry sheet crosswise into 3 rectangles; place, 2 inches apart, on parchment-covered baking sheet.
Step 4
Spread 1/2 cup cream cheese mixture evenly onto pastry rectangles. Cover with apple slices, overlapping edges of slices as necessary to fit onto pastry pieces; top with butter and raspberries. Sprinkle evenly with 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar.
Step 5
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until apples are tender and edges of pastry crusts are golden brown. Cool 10 min.
Step 6
Mix sour cream with remaining cream cheese mixture and granulated sugar until blended; drizzle over tarts. Serve warm.
