2 cups diagonally cut snow peas
1 can (10 oz/285 mL) mandarin oranges, drained
1 medium red pepper, thinly sliced
5 green onions, diagonally sliced

8 leaf lettuce leaves

How do I make it ?
Toss spaghetti with peas, oranges, peppers, onions and dressing.
Cover four serving plates with lettuce.
Top with the spaghetti mixture.
